Question: If you have , or would have a daughter, what book would you want her to read?
Answer: I would have a whole list for her! Hunger Games being the first, the thing is hunger games will never go out of style, ever, because it isn't modern or at a set future. Number two would be how to kill a mockingbird.
Question: What is the one bookish thing you would love to have no matter the cost?
Answer: Honestly? Bookshelves, tons of them that line the room! Or one of those nifty nooks.
Basically these shelves are perfect! |

I would love bookshelves lining my room too. To Kill A mockingbird , I believe , is a book that must be read by every human.

Bookshelves lining my room would be amazing, I agree. And I think The Hunger Games series is such a powerful one -- definitely one my kids would be reading at all times.

new follower great blog please check mine if ou can XD
ReplyDeleteI had a set of built-in bookshelves like that in an old apartment once. It was nice... I had room for most of my books, plus a lot of knick-knacks.
ReplyDeleteFor me, I know I'm in the vast minority here, but I am trying to channel my zen side and thin down the ridiculous amount of books that I've got. Too many years of attending ALA conferences and/or Book Expo with oodles of free ARCS had turned my apartment into a book dumping ground! I'm trying to hang on to only those very, very special copies of books (suitable for re-reads, great sentimental value, or appropriate to re-gift to friends) now.
Hello from the Hop.
ReplyDeleteWhat I really need is a Tardis. It is bigger on the inside so there is plenty of storage space, and it travels in time so I can go back and read at the same time as I am doing something else. :D
I would tell my daughter, if I had one, to read Anne of Green Gables, as it is a series that I loved as a kid (and still do.)
Great site and I'm following you now.
